Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for digital books purchased on this site. Last updated 2026-07-30.

Digital downloads

Because our books are delivered instantly as digital files, all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded.

When we will offer a refund or replacement

• The file you received does not open, is corrupted, or is the wrong book.
• You were charged but never received a working download link.
• You were charged twice for the same order by mistake.

In any of these cases, contact us within 14 days of your purchase using the Contact Us page, including your order reference if you have it, and we will send the correct file or issue a refund.

Donations

Donations are not refundable except where a payment was made in error (for example, the wrong amount was charged). Contact us if this happens.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal account or card used for the purchase.
